Acceptable use
When using our services, you must not:
- Infringe the copyright, privacy, property or other legal rights of Balance, other users or third parties.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct, or deliberately cause harm or financial loss to others.
- Submit false or misleading information when registering an account or using a service.
- Use another person's account, email address, password or personal information without authorisation.
- Use our services for unauthorised advertising, commercial solicitation or other unauthorised commercial activities.
- Disrupt our services, interfere with other users' access or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Your account
Please keep your account information accurate and your login details confidential. Contact us promptly if you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission.
Privacy and connected services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information, and how you can make a privacy request. Connecting an external service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Our use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Please see the Google data section of our Privacy Policy for details.
